
Mr. Selelepoo Bauba Sebaka is a seasoned, expert records management consultant. He is a former Managing Director of Metrofile Training Academy. He has been at the forefront of the records management agenda in the public sector for many years. He has championed sound recordkeeping in the many seminars, workshops and conferences where he has presented and successfully steered the implementation of a records management programme in the Department of Health and Social Development (Limpopo). Mr. Sebaka was also previously attached to the National Archives and Records Service (NARS) where he served as a facilitator for the Records Management Course as well as the co-ordination of the Provincial Records Management Capacity Building Project (PRMCBP). He has provided records management consulting services to among others, Government Employees Pension Fund (GEPF) , Government Pensions Administration Agency (GPAA), Mpumalanga Public Works, Roads and Transport (PWRT), Department of Human Settlements, Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA), Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), Gauteng Sport, Arts, Culture and Recreation (SACR), Department of Health (Eastern Cape), Housing Development Agency (HDA), the Parliament of the Republic of South Africa, the Presidency, and Mpumalanga Provincial Legislature. He completed both his undergraduate and Honours degrees at the University of the Witwatersrand. Mr. Sebaka also serves as one of the facilitators for UNISA’s records management courses.
